How to Use The Diplomat:
Wear: Slide The Diplomat onto your preferred finger (typically the index or middle finger) until it rests comfortably.
Puncture: Take your cigar and gently press in the dual prongs until it is flush and secure, near the beginning of your cigar but not into your cut. Puncture cigar while already lit or before lighting your cigar.
